Carrot Cut is started by 2 sisters, Linda and Julia YEOW.
Linda
By day, Linda is a (tired) banker who dreams of nothing more than leaving the dog-eat-dog world of investment banking to become a chef. By night, she releases her stress by donning her well-worn apron, and baking up a storm. Needless to say, she is a mother of two very well-fed children. Linda has been baking for more years than she will care to share, lest it reveals her age.
Julia
Julia’s job as a journalist has exposed her to both the sweet and unsavoury elements of this beautiful country we call home. Baking began more as a need, when she wanted to ensure that her young toddler was eating healthy as well as delicious cakes. Now, it’s become a passion and her home is almost always filled with the smell of freshly baked cakes and breads. She hopes to one day pass on her love of baking to her two boys.
